10-Years-Old

A lot has changed since I was 10: I've gotten smarter, my mind as grown to understand and think of concepts, and I've thought up better game designs.  At such a young age, I didn't think of the best designs, but I showed promise as I kept trying.  The designs I have now really show what the continued effort of trying and trying again do.  But would my 10-year-old self be proud of what I have become and what I've done?  The answer is hard to explain.  There are things I would be proud of and things I wouldn't.  The concept of my designs now would scare who I was then, if not be claimed never to have been something I could create or would ever create.  Of course, as I've matured, so have my designs.  If my young self could ever understand my designs now then, only then would my young self be proud.  However, in how much I've learned and grown academically, my young self would be proud to see that I've gotten much smarter and will continue to push my education further and further.

Pulled from Photobucket.  It's a concept art my friend made.
